The Series of Unfortunate Events : The Ersatz Elevator
Author: Lemony Snicket
pages: 259
After being expelled from P.P.S., the Baudelaire orphans went to 667 Dark Avenue. The street was named after how dark it is when it is daytime. Mr. and Mrs. Squalor, their new guardians, live in a 72 bedroom penthouse apartment. The Baudelaire orphans had to climb 66 floors because elevators were out of fashion. Later in the book the Baudelaire orphans discover the Quagmires in a cage in an empty elevator shaft. Surprised to see them, the Baudelaire orphans discover count Olaf's plan. This time to get the Quagmire fortune not the Baudelaire's! In the end the Quagmires get auctioned away in a big red fish! Does his plan work or not? I don't know, but I will find out asap.

A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Austere Academy
Authour: Lemony Sniket
Pages: 221
In this book, instead of going to a family's house, the Baudelaire orphans get sent to Prufrock Preparatory School, P.P.S. P.P.S. is a boarding school with fantastic dorms. The only bad thing is you have to have a guardian sign a peace of paper for you to get in. Because of that the Baudelaire orphans have to stay in a shack with crabs and fungus. Count Olaf's plan is simple, be a gym coach, make the Baudelaire orphans run laps all night so they sleep during class, have them fail on the exam, and they will be his! But that doesn't happen, thankfully. Something bad does happen at the end of the story. Klaus gets kicked in the stomach by who other than Count Olaf!

Series of Unfortunate Events:The Miserable Mill
Author:Lemony Snicket
pages:194
After the terrible death of poor Aunt Josephine. The miserable Baudelaire orphans went to live and work for Sir, of course that is not his real name but in the book that is what they call him. The Lucky Smells Lumber Mill is their new home. Sadly, Klaus broke his glasses and went to go see the eye doctor witch ironically has a house that looks like an eye. Then he broke his glasses again but this time he broke Phil's leg in the process. Sunny, the youngest, got in a sword fight with the eye doctor. But of course, like every book I have read in the series, Count Olaf shows up wanting the fortune but doesn't get it.

The Lion, The Witch.and The Wardrobe
pages:142
In The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe by: C.S. Lewis there is Peter, Susan, Edmond, and Lucy. During the bombing of London in WWII, the children were sent to the country where they went in to a wardrobe and into Narnia. In Narnia, they meet beavers. Edmond betrays them and goes to the Witch for some Turkish Delight, but he doesn't get any. Finally they meet the great lion, Aslan. I enjoyed all 189 pages of this book.

6th-grade camp
Sixth-grade camp was really fun because the class was outside and was a hike not in a class room. The food was terrific because it was made in a kitchen and was fresh. Yum!!! Archery was my favorite free time activity it inspired me to buy a bow, arrow, a target, and a big piece of wood. I made some more friends at 6th-grade camp. I loved it!!!
